I have always wanted to explore the world by sailing ship ! Without sounding like a hopeless romantic, it is to me the ultimate experience of freedom ! Working 9 to 5 and supporting a little family, I sort of lost sight of my dream to circumnavigate the globe, until my beautiful wife, Waty, said, " let's do it". Waty, lit the fire and with her support, my dream which has now become "our" dream, looks like becoming a reality ! Having purchased, Serenade, in 2016 and slowly bringing her up to seaworthiness, which has been some what documented in our vlogs. We hope to soon pull up anchor and set off living an alternative lifestyle ! Filming is new to me but I do enjoy making the videos and hope it gives joy and a window to people to make their dreams happen.

We leave Port Stephens and sail into some rough weather and break a few things. Having arrived at Camden Haven, we do a little mountain climbing and the girls get a hot shower. In Iluka / Yamba, we run aground, drag anchor and collide with another boat and survive a lightning storm.
