A sailing convoy turned into so much more when the engine on our friend's boat overheated. But the tow to a safe harbour was only the beginning. How to get safely into the marina as winds increase and sunset is on the horizon? If you haven't watched Part 1 & 2 I would recommend checking those out first....

The Bluetti AC200L is a game changer aboard our sailboat, Paragon. I know people say this all the time, but this power station has fundamentally changed the way we do things aboard Paragon. We haven’t used our propane stove since we got this, instead we’re cooking with electric, powered with our...

When is it time to tow? An overheated engine that is not working, very little wind, and a swell pushing towards land. One harbour is over 15 miles away. It’s an unknown with a narrow entrance down a river that definitely requires an engine. The harbour we left is 8 miles behind us and we just might...

Over the years we have been in convoy with several people and, while it often goes without a hitch, that is not always the case. This was one of those times. The weather looked great. We had a destination in mind. And we were all set to sail to A Coruña. Fate had a different plan for us. Help support...

Big wind and waves and racing a storm as we sailed across the Bay of Biscay...it's always an adventure when our friend Éanna is aboard our boat. But now it's time to go. It was a hard sail across the Bay of Biscay as we raced a storm, but coming into a safe harbour made the whole journey worthwhile. Now it's time to see good friends and remember an old friend...Eric Forsyth, an epic sailor who first brought Éanna and Drake together. Help support our channel by making...

We're sailing across the Bay of Biscay with a storm nipping at our heels and big weather forming at our destination. Do we shake the reef out of the main to go faster? Do we reef before the big winds overtake us? Do we make landfall in an unfamiliar harbour in the middle of the night before the storm...

It's our second day at sea and, between sails adjustments, keeping watch, and our first Hydrovane wind vane test, there's a lot going on! Drake and Éanna catch up and talk future plans, past trips, and...medical emergencies!?! Let's just say we learned that it's always good to have someone aboard who...
